Vigilo

Vigilo is Norway's largest communication platform for kindergartens and schools, used daily by over 650,000 parents and staff. The existing web portal and iOS app had accumulated years of usability debt. Through structured user testing, I identified critical pain points and led a redesign that simplified navigation and modernized the interface. In parallel, I led development of a next-generation kindergarten administration system for the company's largest private customer, using interactive Figma prototypes for early validation.
