Equinor ASA (formerly Statoil ASA) needed a platform to standardize meal planning across all their oil and gas installations on the Norwegian continental shelf. Each installation was managing its own menus independently, leading to inconsistent budgets, varying nutritional standards, and weaker purchasing leverage with suppliers. The solution was the Food Calendar — a centralized menu planning tool managed by Equinor's in-house chefs. I led the development of the Food Calendar web app, based on Equinor's requirements, handling prototyping design and coordinating with an offshore development team in South Asia.
